SNICKERDOODLE BANANA BREAD
Ingredients:
- 1 cup + 3 tbsp of our Snickerdoodle Date Dough mix
- 1/2 cup ripe banana
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp almond milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 350 and line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper + spray oil. In a large bowl add the wet ingredients and mix. Then add the dry and mix together. Pour the mixture into the pan. Bake for 25 min. Drop the heat to 325 and bake for another 5 min. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Enjoy!
